Are you searching for a way to slow down, reflect and spend much needed time on self-care?

Then join me every other Wednesday from 7:30-8:30 p.m. for a free and open meditation group. There is growing evidence of the ways meditation benefits the brain and heart (the physical heart as well as the figurative one).

There is a particular power and energy that comes from meditating as a group in this manner where you are actually able to become more still and aware BECAUSE those meditating with you are doing the same. No particular experience is necessary – just life experience!

This is a non-religious, guided form of meditation, good for beginners and those practiced in meditation. The format consists of the following parts:

  • Brief introduction of the focus for the evening (10 minutes)
  • Guided meditation (20 minutes)
  • Sharing about the experience (20 minutes)
